Rob Engle spent 17 years at LPL as a Recruiter and Sales Manager. He is a highly accomplished and award-winning sales executive who has been able to leverage his analytical and research skills, combined with his years of experience in the industry and his recruiting and sales management expertise to be a mentor and coach to both financial advisor recruiters and financial advisors. His greatest strengths include knowledge of the Broker-Dealer and RIA space and his ability to understand and connect with financial advisors. In partnering with Bridgemark Strategies, Rob will be an invaluable resource to advisors considering a change of Broker-Dealers or considering their own RIA.
Previous to LPL, Rob served as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch in Milwaukee, WI where he had built a successful team managing over $150mm in client assets. Prior, Rob worked as a Regional Vice President for Equitable/AXA distributors, where he wholesaled variable and fixed annuity products in a seven-state territory. Rob launched his financial services career by building a financial planning practice at Lutheran Brotherhood.
When not working with clients, he along with his wife and two young boys enjoy an active lifestyle of travel, sports, and being outdoors.
Rob holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ottawa University and held a board position on LPL’s Financial Foundation. For over 20 years, he’s been a volunteer for Junior Achievement instructing K-9th grades.
