Victoria Printz, Vice President

Victoria began her financial services career in 2007 as a financial advisor.  She worked for both Ameriprise and Charles Schwab, working with retail clients helping them with their investment and retirement needs.  In 2012, Victoria joined LPL as a Regional Recruiting Director focused on TX.  She quickly learned the skills needed to be a successful recruiter and was able to excel in her role.  She worked with financial advisors throughout the advisor due diligence process, which included business evaluation, generating profitability comparative reports and educating advisors on hybrid vs corporate RIA offerings.

With Bridgemark Strategies, Victoria works as a consultant to advisors, assisting them in navigating career changes. Now, with over 70 firms that Bridgemark has relationships with, Victoria uses her experience and knowledge to holistically help advisors better understand their book of business, technology and other needs for their clients, to help these advisors best determine the most compatible firms as the right solution.

Victoria earned her BS in Business from UMass in Boston. She has lived across the country in San Diego, CA, Boston, MA, Las Vegas, NV and San Antonio, TX before moving to Charlotte, NC in July 2016 to be closer to family. In her spare time, Victoria enjoys concerts, hiking, spending time with friends and family and trips to the beach.
