Throughout his career that spans over two decades, Jeff has worked with thousands of advisors. For the past 8 years, Jeff has researched over 200 different firms, and has helped financial advisors research and affiliate with over 60 different solutions. The range of affiliation solutions include but not limited to Independent broker-dealers, employee or W2 based broker-dealers, RIAs, Custodians and M&A firms. This experience has provided Jeff with a more thorough understanding and knowledge of these firms. Jeff excels by getting to know an advisor or advisory firm’s specific needs and wants to help them achieve their goals.
For the first 6 years of his career, Jeff was a financial advisor and licensed principal.
Jeff spent 14 years at LPL financial in various leadership roles that included SVP Business Development where he was responsible for recruiting and SVP Business Consulting where he was responsible for building out and providing coaching and M&A services to LPL’s advisors.
Jeff earned a Bachelors degree from Colby College in Waterville, Me. He then earned his MBA from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. Jeff lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and 3 kids and in his spare time enjoys golfing, tennis and fishing.
