Chris got his start in the financial services industry in 1985 as a retail advisor working at Dean Witter (now known as Morgan Stanley). Being an advisor has given Chris a unique perspective of the benefits and challenges of running a retail business.
Katherine Paulson is CMO of Bridgemark Strategies and is responsible for shaping the brand and marketing strategy for the firm. She has over 20 years of financial services experience and extensive knowledge in the marketing and distribution of insurance products, mutual funds, and private funds.
Chris joined Bridgemark Strategies In June 2018. While independently recruiting advisors Chris was having success, though he quickly learned that he didn’t want to just be a recruiter and wanted to consult advisors helping them with the process to evaluate changing broker/dealers.
Corey Walen is an independent consultant that’s helped more than 600+ high-performing financial advisors explore and transition within the RIA, Independent, and B/D space. His experience is among the very best in the industry and he continues to maintain his edge through consistent education on the vast landscape and ever evolving marketplace to best serve his clients.

Richard has been in the financial services industry for 28+ years, starting as a financial advisor trainee in 1991 with Dean Witter Reynolds. He spent 15 years serving in different capacities with Morgan Stanley; including advisor, sales manager and branch manager.

As Managing Director – Advisor Consulting, Dave brings 20+ years of industry experience in working with and consulting financial advisors. His entire career has been focused on helping advisors make better smarter recommendations for their clients’ needs.

Paul started in financial services as a financial advisor building his own book of business by networking and cold calling. After two years as an advisor, Paul then became a wholesaler for Pacific Life. Paul spent seven years at Pacific Life. He had tremendous success and was promoted often within the organization.

In an impactful 25-year financial services career, Austin has brought his passion for helping advisors find their professional homes to life with organizations such as Kestra Financial, Advantage Financial Group, National Planning Holdings and National Planning Corporation. His diverse experience includes serving as an in-house business development and recruiting leader for broker-dealers, managing partnerships and sales for a fintech provider, and launching a chain of successful coffee shops.

Travis Boak joined the Bridgemark team in 2024, after 7 years in the financial services industry, where he worked both as a recruiter and wholesaler. Before entering the financial services industry, Travis spent 5 years working in the Michigan State Legislature where he was able to develop and refine his skills in problem solving.

Brian O’Leary joined the Bridgemark team in January 2024, after 25 years in the financial services industry.
He began his career as a full-service advisor at Citicorp Financial Services before accepting a position at Lord Abbett, the 95-year-old financial management firm.

Kelly had a successful 20 year career as a VP-Marketing with several top tier Retail Brands. She was leading national marketing efforts across the entire United States.
