J.D. Power’s 2025 U.S. Financial Advisor Satisfaction Study, released July 15th, held some interesting points for those seeking out new advisor talent. I think one of the most compelling pieces was the focus on AI by broker-dealers and RIAs, specifically around advisors looking to their BDs or RIAs for technology capabilities that are not meeting their expectations.
